why is anyone still listening to this douche? I don't like palin's political views but this guy is an idiot.
I worked in retail for almost a year and had quite a share of bad experiences with customers. but the worst was a racist french woman who complained to me that I should worry about "your people" in a mostly latino community in SoCal. and she was a horrible customer... trying everything on and leaving it on the floor... only to purchase 1 item.

2i work at a restaurant in SoCal so we get a lot of tourist and the french are the worst. They want everything perfect and always find something to complain about, and after all that they either tip like 5% or not at all.

4haha... I would say I'm only a little surprised that the French were voted the worst tourists. Here no one tips (or they tip very little) because gratuity is included in the bill, but I am shocked that they don't speak English. All my friends here speak at least conversational English, and usually either Italian or German as well.
