The Sonoma Marin World's Ugliest Dog Contest 2007 was held this past Friday, and the winner is Elwood, a Chinese Crested with "lots of personality." With a face that looks like it was drawn by Picasso in his "drunk period," Elwood even makes snorting noises! The people who love these fug dogs are pretty adorable. One of them even has her ugly dog tattooed on her arm. Now that's devotion.
