Women have Spanx and now men have Ript: a body-sculpting undershirt that makes a man look, well, ripped. The undershirt promises to shave inches off a man's belly, enhance his posture, and provide "a greater sense of security."
The shirt, which comes with how-to instructions, even has its own motto: "Have your six pack and drink it too!"
I wonder if this undershirt works the same magic as other embarrassing shaping devices: if you wear them, you're almost guaranteed to get lucky. If a "ript" man does manage to seduce a mate, the promise of "security" probably goes right out the window!

I'm reminded of the Arrested Development episode where George Michael refuses to take off the 'Adam' body suit. Never nude is a reality!
1Lets say this shirt helps you get someone home...and let's say you are going to now get naked with this person. Good luck with explaining how you now have a belly. This scenario goes for woman as well.. haha.
PS- Love that they have a hot-bodied guy in the ad. Not like they made some big changes on that one..
2Briandiesel - my thoughts exactly--on both points.
3I want to say leave it but we have girdles, spanx, push up bras and etc. so why not for guys.
4haha! this wont fool anyone!

6This is so stupid. It's easy for most men to stay in shape because of the way they burn fat. A man who resorts to wearing this is just pathetic. I don't even think women should wear spanx, but at least I understand that society pressures a women to look a certain way (which of course I don't condone at all).
7LOL
8Whatever. I'm indifferent today. lol
9hahahha...this is great!
anon #7-i happen to love my spanx.....some dresses/skirts are just too clingy for normal panties!
but it is awkward to have to do a quick change in the bath room if you take someone home. its like Bridget's Jones Diary...granny panties that make you look hot or hot panties that do nothing for your figure!!
