2Jennifer_2sugar, thats the prank, theres a police officer in the bushes pretending to be going to the bathroom, he stops the people passing by and asks them to get the toilet paper out of his car and then they are "caught" by the other police officer. Giggle, are there really signs like this? You've gotta be kidding!
