i was suuuuuuuuper happy!
while i don't doubt adam is a good singer, he sounds very screechy and screamy a lot of the time and i have never understood the country's fascination with him (or with other guyliner emo kids actually)
the only thing i would have liked about an adam win is that it would really break down some barriers surrounding the gay community....however i do think that kris won fairly because his "boy band" votes were likely doubled as soon as gokey was kicked off
i think kris allen is adorable and he's been my fav since i started watching about 10 weeks ago
1This season was the first time I would have been happy with either contestant winning. Adam will still get his record contract and he'll have more artistic freedom then he would would with American Idol anyway. I'm happy for both of them.
