i hate when small animals do that. that's why i could never have a toy dog. the big cat is cool though
1She's jittery and has balance problems... I'm sure she's small from slow development, or heaven forbid her owners deprived her of nutrition so she'd stay small. (a lot of puppy mills do that so they can say the breed is "tea cup")

That kind of size cannot possibly be healthy (I also hate when people get teacup anything and wonder why its sick all the time or why you have to treat them like fragile glass. Its unhealthy breeding practices and/or the unhealthy runt of the litter that shouldn't be bred).
Only thing that should be teacup size are hamsters and teacups!

7It's probably a result of not being socialized properly with cats at a young age. We have two cats, each were found in the wild, starving, and one is perfectly socialized, and the other does NOT do other cats very well-- we're lucky that the other one is very good at navigating the social waters of the cat world.
8I had a kitten that I rescued from the cold last winter. He was very sick and had the same balance issues that it looks like that cat has. My kitty was estimated to be about 8 weeks old by the vet when I found him and he just never grew. He became healthy for a short while and looked like he was going to be ok then he got real sick real fast and passed away. He was 8 months old and still the size of a young kitten. Usually a tiny kitty like that is developmentally disabled and they usually don't live too long.
9I want to adopt Bitsy and put her in a teacup.
