- Having seen The Bachelor more seasons than I care to admit, I will say that having a bevy of women vying for your attention looks more fun for the man than
2530 men vying for a woman's attention. (Here are the guys.) Watching Jillian walk into a room full of boozed-up bachelors wanting to talk to her made me uncomfortable for her. No wonder she was sucking down those Chardonnays. - It's hard to break-dance in a white, form-fitting, charmeuse gown.
- Some men really, really identify with their jobs. (Pilot dude, I'm talking to you.)
- Being sincere and yourself (Kiptyn, Ed) is so much more attractive than acting a part (Juan, Kyle.)
- Sadly, sometimes being sincere isn't enough (sorry, Adam).

- It's true — funny often trumps hunky. (Break-dancer guy over square-jawed, humorless bohunks.)
- Having a man you don't know sing you a love song he wrote for you is . . . weird not romantic.
- I now know that if a man asks you to take your shoes off within moments of meeting you and can't make eye contact with you, but also isn't looking at your chest but rather stealing furtive glances down to your feet, he probably has a foot fetish.
- Men have some odd names these days. (Mathue. Kiptyn. Two Tanners — Tanner P. and Tanner F.? Really?)
- There's not enough money in the world you could give me to be on a reality-dating show.

i have to say though that watching the bachelorette is MUCH more entertaining cause it's fun to see how the guys actually become friends during the process rather than girls becoming catty biotches on the bachelor. guys flex for the girl, while girls find the trashiest thing possible and put it on and prance about
1I haven't watched many bachelor/bachelorette episodes before, but I did watch the season premiere last night. I actually really like the new bachelorette, Jillian- she seems so honest, sweet, and very down to earth! And yes, I agree that shows like this are so much better than watching a bunch of girls compete for one guy by taking their clothes off and b*tching about each other.

3In france the bachelor was a good emission though (i saw 3 seasons). But i doubt the bahelorette would be (here we sometimes just cannot make it good XD)
I loved the "Canadian" tshirt one guy had on under his button up shirt.

Clearly a lot of these guys watched/ DVR'd and watched 1,000 times to know what to say to her !
4i thought it was a good premiere and that many of the guys were adorable and sweet
but i hate when guys say crap like "i could see her being my copilot for life" when they literally just met her for 10 minutes MAX
(i also hate when the girls say the same thing in the bachelor) - like you do NOT know this person yet...be normal, jesus
i also enjoyed kiptyn and ed, they were nice and sincere. i can't believe that juan, wes, and the tall scottish/english? guy made it through, and another guy i can't even recall right now, but i'm realllly glad leather coat guy didn't make it

All I can say is after watching last night, I have no desire to ever date a fitness male model, especially, one who break dances.
7Last night watching this I had a reason to tell Jillian "that's a dealbreaker, ladies!" for every other dude. And to Tanner P: S that D, shut that down.

9dm8bri definitely start watching!! there is the perfect mix of guys who look pretty cool/charming/hot/fun and ones who are totally batsh*t crazy
and the preview for the upcoming episodes seem juicy!
10i have a friend that went to college with the foot fetish guy and let's just say that's not the only problem he supposedly has. I really hope he doesn't make it much further.
11The foot fetish guy had me laughing so hard. When he said that her feet looking bad would be a deal breaker for him I was freaking out! I was hoping they were not attractive to him so we could all see what would happen if he didn't like them!
