Awesome! According to the NYTimes: Woody Allen 1, American Apparel 0. http://bit.ly/nOiZr
I really don't see how American Apparel had any chance of defeating Allen. The fact that they went as low as to threaten to use Mia Farrow as a character witness (despite her recovering from a 12 day hunger strike for Darfur) only highlights their desperation, and perhaps litigious cluelessness.
