Some diabolical entrepreneurs over at Cap-sac must have figured that in order to bring back the hideous '90s style fanny pack, it would need an update. Their solution? A fanny pack you wear on your head — a Cap-sac. Some people live for smugly, ironic fashions. What about you?

I know (read: HOPE!) this is a joke, but the point of a fanny pack, as my mother used to tell me, is to have a secure place to keep your money and things so that it won't get stollen. How secure is a hat, just sitting on top of your head? YOINK!!

7OMG! The cap-sac is wickity whack! I love my cap sac. I bought one a few months ago. I wear it all the time!
