4Hmmm, I don't think there is anything wrong with homeschooling (in fact, I rather support it) but I also doubt that it is being used to Ali's full advantage. I think in this case, it sounds like her mother is just using homeschooling as an excuse to not have to deal with the comments of Ali staying out of school to hang out with Lindsey. :/

6jazz, that's what I thought too when I saw pics of hers or when I saw her on tv all made up. She looks way much older than her age.
7I have to agree that she probably has a hard time at school because of her sister and that's why she's home schooled. She does look a lot older than her age.
8Nothing wrong with homeschooling...as long as she's actually doing it. Lots of people around here do it so they have time for auditions, rehearsals, theater shows and filming schedules.
9I doubt she's being homeschooled for being picked on - Dina Lohan's pretty serious about getting Ali into a career. She released an album in 2006 and a single in 2008, and she's been a model since she was very small. That's much more likely to be the reason for her homeschooling.
10Her mother is trying to make her into a celebrity(cash cow). Of course it's going to be difficult for the girl to focus on school.
11I would really be surprised if Ali is getting a quality homeschool education, but that's just me. It seems like education would be this family's last priority.

14I think it's fine that she's being homeschooled and I think that's pretty normal for "celebrity" kids, but who is doing the schooling? I can only imagine what kind of education she's getting from Dina...
