You sure don't need permission, but it's still not healthy and kind of ridiculous. I know so many people who do this, and they are definitely not healthy in the least.
When did eating a breakfast [you know, cereal, or oatmeal, fruit, or yogurt] become a crime?
I hate coffee on an empty stomach, it gives me heartburn. I really do not think it is healthy at all to not have breakfast, even something small is better than nothing. That is why it is
called 'break fast' because your body has been fasting all night and needs some nutrition in order to function at its best for the rest of the day.

2Yay, Coffee!!!
In my defense, I usually have fruit/granola bar and yogurt too.
3I do this sometimes... but usually, coffee on an empty stomach makes me hungrier and sometimes a little ill.
4For some reason I cannot eat in the morning. For some reason it makes me feel weighed down ( even if I have something light like fruit or yogurt )
I will stick to my coffee thank you!
