Of course kissing and cuddling makes us feel close to our significant other, but it turns out that couples who engage in that connectedness are actually eight times less likely to be stressed and depressed than couples who don't take that time for each other. She also says that kissing for a minimum of a 10 seconds every day is crucial for our happiness — not just a peck ladies, but a real kiss!
I know that we all have busy schedules so tell me, do you have time to kiss your special someone for at least 10 seconds every single day?

Man I WISH I could! But I don't live with my SO, and I'm lucky if I see him once a week. If we did live together I would make time for kisses! None of this no time BS.

2but we don't see each other every day...for one year, for work, he is away about 4 days of every week and sometimes a bit longer so not EVERY DAY, but when we're together, YES!

11We kiss every day when he's home, but sometimes he has to go on the road for a month at a time, so those days we don't. We try to make up for it when he gets back though!

14no. but we did use this when we were going thru problems in our marriage. was told to do this several times a day whether we wanted to our not. so we did. after a while we wanted to..then it sometimes led to something else.
