I'm neither a fan of Bridget, Gisele, and certainly not Tom's... but I think this was taken out of context. Gisele loves the baby as much as if he were her own.

In Portuguese this would no sound so weird. I understand that she is just saying that she loves the child as if it was her own child.

she's a stuck up b*tch. but i think she was trying to say that she loves the child as if he were her own, he feels like her own. hopefully bridget won't be weirded out by this, out and will appreciate the fact that her son's step mother is willing to be a second mom to her son. isn't that the ideal situation, that the woman living with the father of your child LOVES that child?

I'm not a fan of either one (especially you, Tom Brady LOL). But yeah, I watched the segment on E! and it does seem like it's taken out of context, she meant to say that she feels like her stepson is like her own. I think it's good when the step mom feels like that, if it were me, I'd probably be more assured (if it's true that is), that the step mom feels that way because you want to feel secured when they're spending time together that the child will be treated very well.

I'm sorry, but seriously, you "people" take the cake. Would it have been better for Gisele (Tom's WIFE) to say she HATES her stepson & won't have anything to do with him? I have friends who are divorced & have children together... Both married other people & had children together. Which made the children HALF-SIBLINGS are not filled with hate or resentment, nor are their parents.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with what she said. If my husband and I were to split up and a step mother were to come into play, I hope she'd love my kids as if they were her own, too.

John is Gisele's stepson! She should not keep him at arms' length. She's not some casual girlfriend who flits in and out of Daddy's life, she's married to John's father. Regardless of how the relationship came to be, it's there now.

I think it's just the "100 percent" part that is catching people a little off guard, it just seems like a strange way of wording it. But I understand what she's trying to say.

I don't think she means it as the baby is her baby. I think she means that even though she didn't give birth to the baby, she will still care about the baby as if it is her's. Like the baby has another parent who cares besides the biological parents.

That is one lucky baby ... being cared about by 3 gorgeous people.

everyone knows whenever you have sex you can get pregnant so bridget and tom both made that decision... while they were not married...so i kind of don't feel too bad for bridget.. if they were married when she got pregs it would be a different situation in my opinion. things didnt work out for her and tom, so now im sure she has moved on from the drama and is putting her son's best interests in mind (i would HOPE!!) And those best interests are to definitely have love in his life...ala her gisele and tom

As a mother of two I found these comments very disrespectful but Im sure she said it without thinking. She loves the kid and thats completely understandable..beautiful even.

But to say that even though it came out of someone else's punany you still feel the child is YOURS 100%?! BRAIN FART!

and really, I don't see that they are selling the baby, let's not exaggerate.

She mean to say she loves the baby even if it is not hers. (remember there are people who don't accept child that don't bear their DNA, sad people)

and Bridget have her share, remember her selling how the baby was only hers and only my name, and I remember a lot of photos of her pregnant here and there.

so, let them be, the baby is beautiful and has a lot of people who care about him.
