If you watch The Office, you know that the employees of Dunder Mifflin are always up to no good, which is usually orchestrated by their boss, Michael. Sometimes their antics are endearing and promote team building, but mostly they're just wasting time and energy. While I'm pretty confident that no other workplace is anywhere near as ridiculous, I'm curious to know if you participate in any wild, funny, or just plain silly activities while on the clock. If so, tell us about them — it's Friday and I think we could all use a good laugh!

At my old job, there was a basketball hoop in the warehouse and we would go out there in the afternoons and play PIG (a shorter version of HORSE). That was fun...esp since I played in heels and could still beat the guys.
1We've acted silly where I work, I've also fooled around while I was dating a coworker. Yeah I know a bit inappropriate. My friend also after we closed decided to run around topless!
2we have a couple of women here who play practical jokes on eachother, like toilet papering offices, lowering chairs, unplugging phones, and at first it was sorta funny, but now its just ....not. they keep getting eachother back again and again and again and there is only so many times that Ha Ha toilet paper is funny. They have been forbidden from using any office supplies in the pranks, and have started buying their own toilet paper......I think its an obsession really. (in their 40's and 50's)
3At my old work we had a Wii, you can imagine what ensued.
4at my old job we spent about 60% of every day planning parties, weekends away, stupid jokes, lunch, chatting about everything, whatever....here i'd say we spend about 10 minutes of every month on silly stuff
5pranks, all the time. but since we're so awesome at them, it takes just a bit of planning and execution at this point. not too much time wasted.
6I would be paranoid about being caught on security cameras...
7We didn't have camera's except one on the cash drawer and it didn't record, so yeah it's really easy to get away with stuff.
8By "fooled around" you mean goofed off, right?
Anyway, it's funny you should ask this, because I just got back from a lunch with nine co-workers where we enjoyed Mexican food and some margaritas. Three partners were there and one of them planned it, so it didn't feel like we were doing anything wrong, though!
9When I was in the military, we built a skate ramp out of extra lumber we had. Someone bought in their gas powered scooter and we had contests zooming up and down this hill and off the ramp. Even our squad leader got in on it and popped a couple of wheelies.
At my current job we talk about everything and people stop by all the time to join in our convo's. My supervisor and I tend to play name that song sometimes and people will hear us singing anything from the Wonder Pets theme song to Milkshake by Kelis.
10We once had a rubberband shooting fight in the office. Cubicles + Boredom = no good.
One of my coworkers bought a couple of us these Cubes- http://www.cubefigures.com/home.html -and we've had lots of inappropriate fun with them. I positioned my Cube person Ann on her knees in front of my friend/coworker's Cube guy (getting the picture?!) when she was away from her desk, and when she noticed it she was cracking up. Thus began the many sexual adventures of the cube people. And yes, we took pics. I've also hung poor Ann with a long rubberband "rope" on bad days.
11At my current job, there's barely even enough free time during the day to go to the bathroom, let alone do any sort of fooling around. But at my old job, we always got finished with our main workload by 11, which left us a good 3 hours to putz around...we used to go on the internet and share websites with good shopping deals and we'd look up werid YouTube videos and do stuff like that. One day we spent the afternoon gathering up old lab equipment for one of my coworkers to decorate her front lawn with...she was turning it into a mad scientist's lab for Halloween. THAT was a lot of fun. The reason we never, EVER got in trouble for it was because my boss used to look at porn sites on the clock and in exchange for us not ratting him out, we got to do whatever we wanted on the internet. I think he actually got fired for that later on though.
12We goof off all.the.time. We definitely get our work done, too, but if the boss isn't around (and he often isn't), we will throw little stress balls at each other, surf the net, send silly emails, whatever. It's mostly revenge on the boss because he sucks. He is actually a LOT like Michael Scott from The Office. He says really inane stuff, mismanages, micromanages, asks inappropriate personal questions and makes us read self-help books. It's pretty miserable, but none of us want to quit because of the economy.
13We used to play "mini golf" in the lab during downtime.
