Imagine if you were the waitress these distressed customers are referring to — you know, the girl with the "eyebrows . . . arced a full inch above where normal eyebrows grow" and with Amy Winehouse eyeliner that "has resulted in blocks of scariness." I think this was well put and the other staff should just show her the letter. That way they are not the bad guys!!
