Funny thing about being married, we know what we both make.

I know what he makes and he knows what I make. Only fair.

i have always known what my significant other made. i would think it VERY odd if that was a taboo subject. if you're sharing my bed you already have the most important part of me, why would i hide money? why would they?

I know not because I discuss everything with him. We don't have combined accounts or anything, though. He knows what I make, I know what he makes. We know about each other's debt (student loans and what not). I think once you reach a certain stage it's weird not to know..

I figured you usually talk about everything. Why should it really matter all that much, it's not like you're handing over your paycheck every time you get it, with $0 for you...right?....Right? (LoL...I hope I don't...maybe I shouldn't get married...hahah).

yep! i tell him what i make every time i get a raise at my one job. and he also knows how much i charge to plan parties for my own business.
