Ousted IL governor Rod Blagojevich is the latest person to ride President Obama's coattails into a literary career. Blagojevich has signed a six-figure deal to pen a book all about replacing Barack Obama in the Senate, a topic also at the center of a federal criminal investigation.
I was hoping the ex-governor would write about his haircare regime, or perhaps put out a book of poems since he loved quoting Rudyard Kipling and Alfred Lord Tennyson during press conferences. I guess I'll settle on a book filling in details left out of those expletive-filled wiretap tapes, such as what made him decide against appointing Oprah.

Absolutely not!
1It is deplorable that anyone who does something illegal, corrupt, wicked, vicious, or immoral can get a book deal. He is a perfect example and I stay away from that trash.
2Old News.
3Nope. Moving on.
4I'm still holding out for that haircare regime book. Or his how-to video with the Flowbee hair system.
5I watched the news last night and his PR person gave a brief overview - it was nothing but scandal and calling out people - not interesting at all.
6No. I barely skim the news articles about him.
7The only way I would read that book would be if he did a "Joseph Valachi" on politics in his own state.
8"Nay. I'd rather not pay to read a bunch of lies."
I'd almost pay to NOT have to read it.
9OMG, he seriously needs to go away.
10barf. i cannot stand this man.
11I'll read his book if it tells me how to grow hair.
12Not sure I would read his book but I am extremely interested in the Blago case. Where is Patrick Fitzgerald & when are the "recorded conversations" going to be released to the public? I want to know who offered Blago money for Obama's Senate Seat. I want to know what Rham Emmanuel said in all his many many conversations with Blago.
I am very surprised we haven't heard a peep from Fitzgerald. He isn't usually shy in his investigations -
