Share a bed first. Sex isn't something I jump right into. I prefer to be with someone for months before it happens.
1Sex first for sure, I cant sleep beside someone unless I'm completely comfortable with them and trust them but I cant be completely comfortable with a guy until we "make love" (sounds so cheesy).
2Sex first. I can't sleep next to a guy I haven't had sex with before. It's just odd, IMO. I don't know; I'd stay awake all night long, but once the first sex part is done, I'm way more relaxed and comfortable.

4Probably sex first. I think that waking up with someone is a lot more intimate than sex and I wouldn't do that with someone until a lot later in the relationship.
5With everyone else except in high school it was sex. But then I didn't really date after high school I just wanted to play around. When I met my husband, I was on this kick that I didn't want to sleep around anymore and wanted something serious before having sex with the person. So the first time I slept over at his house I was simply really too drunk to drive and passed out in his bed. No intimacy or sex just had to pass out. Then when we really started to date we were inseparable and we would stay over at each others places all the time no sex. It was wonderful. Then a month and a half into dating we finally had sex.

I was dating an older guy and I was still and high School and had a curfew so I could not spend the night at his apartment ( I was 18.. so it was legal). So I decided I would not lose my virginity to him until I was allowed to stay the night! I was not going to be kicked out without the breakfast in bed treatment the next day. I would have felt too much like a wh*re to have had sex then have to leave before day break. So the first time I slept the whole night with him was the night I lost my virginity, but we did share a lot of naps prior to that!

It's likely that my friends and family would assume that I've had sex with someone if I'm staying at his house, so I wouldn't stay unless I was comfortable with that assumption - eg, we're dating exclusively.
