You know how there are some people who just can't help but be up in your business all the time? This Great Dane pup is like that. While his friend sits and chews his bone, the pup insists on sitting on his head! I guess that's one way of getting someone's attention. It's the dog version of this video.

1my dog likes to stand on other dogs... and i dont know why
2My pup used to do the same thing to me. When I would be asleep on my bed with him he would insist on sleeping on top of my head! I never understood it. I wish I caught it on video. If anyone finds out why they do this let me know.

4They do it as a way of claiming their position in a pack. If it just happens once in a while, then it probably isn't intentional...but that Dane pup was trying to be dominant over the Samoyed. It's funny, yes, but it's best to give them quick correction if it keeps happening so they don't end up developing behavior problems down the road.
And I totally want the Dane pup. *swoons* Sooooo cute.
5It's also why dogs, even girl dogs, hump legs and other dogs and such. It's not a sex thing, but a pack dominance thing. If your dog does it to you, don't let them. Simple little things like letting that slide can lead to major behavioral problems, like snapping at people and food aggression.
