It's hard to practice what you preach all the time. Sure, with the big things that you feel incredibly passionate about it's not, but with the little everyday things, like recycling or smoking cigarettes, it's easy to break the rules from time to time. Driving. Whenever my husband is driving, I will at some point end up reading him the riot act for driving too fast. When I drive, I often do so much faster than what I was rollicking him for.
It’s an element of not being in control when you’re a passenger – I hate being a passenger.
I do try to curb it though because I’ve become very conscious of the fact that I’m being a total hypocrite!
1Hmmmm I think I give better relationship advice than I take...but I guess it's easier since a lot of people I know are in relationships much different than mine so the advice I give and I usually get isn't the best advice for the situation I am in...

3Me too, Charlyparly - I totally get on my bf about his lousy driving, but then I'm crazy behind the wheel, too. I still maintain that although I'm fast, I am very aware of what's going on around me. The bf, however, is a space cadet.
4i totally agree with aimeeb. I give out relationship advice all the time that I really should take for myself.
5I'm a hypocrite with advice on dieting, exercising, and being healthy. I should shut up and take my own advice.
6I'm a hypocrite when it comes to the opposite sex. It's okay for me to remain good friends with my guy friends, but my boyfriend doesn't even talk to other girls and if he does, I get jealous inside. Bad.. I know.
7i'm with you brittb!! i get upset when he is threatened by my guy friends but if i see him talking to another girl or if he develops a friendship i become sooo insecure.
8Truthfully, there's nothing I'm hypocritical about. Hypocrisy is one of my pet peeves, so I'm mindful to not be that way.

13I get on my dad's back about his driving, like taking corners at sixty or tailgating. I'm a learner and I can't take a roundabout neatly yet so I'm just as bad.
I also tell people that Uni is hard and theres so much work involved, when I spend most of my time sleeping or bludging.
