hahaha...i admit i've done that. but why do we need to blame our moods on anything? in my opinion, as women it is our perogative to be moody whenever we want.
lol...i said that to my boyfriend last month AFTER my period was over. and yes, it is REALLY annoying when people ask if you're on your period because "whoa, you're kinda moody..."
I wouldn't do that. It's sick how if a man is in a bad mood, he's a tough, upstanding guy and if a woman is in a bad mood, she's a PMSing monster about to blow up the whole world.
I think its fine to do it once in a while but if you do that all the time, i think you need to look at your diet and see why you are always in such a mood! This is something you shouldn't be
doing all the time.
i've seen research that suggested that pms is just a made up "disorder", that mood is not any more affected during the days leading up to your period as it is any other week. i should go look
that up, because that research seems like something interesting to read...
No its not! Katie I took some herbs for it and it has worked wonder (milk thistle). I don't think it is all psychological. Girls milk thistle does work if any of you feel depress, angry or
hyper for no reasons take it and you will feel more collective.

Here here! Its like you are psychic Dear Sugar.
1I like to blame my carb cravings on my period even when I'm not PMS-ing!
2Hell I hate it when guys think any bad mood means you are on your period. Sometimes I want to scream "NO it's YOU!"

4Wow, I thought I was the only one who did this.
