We all know that story book characters always have a happy ending, and while every little girl grows up to expect the same fairy tale finale, unfortunately there are no guarantees. Now back to make believe!!
If you could play the female character in any fairy tale, whose happily ever after ending would you want to be your own?

I always wanted to be Belle, she was beautiful, smart, and lived in France. What a lucky lady.
1None of the above. How about charlie's angles? I want to be one of that!
2belle is the only one with real spunk!
3i've always admired ariel for her spunk, and i think she's more independent and less dependent on prince charming like the others.
4I always wanted to be Belle!
5Jasmine!
6I have always loved the little mermaid, ever since it came out in 1989. Yes I know the year it came out. I even went as far as to have her tattooed on my lower back with matching ‘Disney like’ seaweed, seashells, the little seahorses, flowers and bubbles. It goes from my lower back to the top of my neck. Most people don’t know I have it – so when they see me in a bathing suit they are blown away. I guess I don’t look like a girl that should have her entire back tattooed.
7belle has always been my favorite. she's the first princess to fall in love with a prince for something OTHER than his looks! none of this love-at-first-sight crap.
8I would LOVE to see your tattoo pinupsweetheart, that sounds awesome!
9As for the princess's I love them all, but I'm a big fan of sleeping beauty. Snow White too, mostly because she's super pale haha. I love how they always had animals around and hung out with them.
I want to go watch a disney movie now. I love Disney!
SnowWhite! I love animals, and I love nature. I love "court" life. I like how she got to grow up in a castle, and although banished, got to livei n the woods, play with the animals, and still get her prince charming.
10PinUp, that's so cool...i wanna see your tattoo! i too was absolutely obsessed with The Little Mermaid and i always loved how Ariel had that rebellious streak in her and always did things she wasn't supposed to. She knew what she wanted and she wasn't afraid to go after it and i don't blame her because Prince Eric was a HUNK! and did you see that castle by the sea??? wowza, now that's some real estate!
Sigh...The Little Mermaid can be analyzed on so many levels (feminists/religious peeps like myself especially love how it was mentioned in the DaVinci Code in comparison to Mary Magdalene) and that just makes it even better. It's still my favorite all time movie and i will never stop loving it!
11Aurora..haha! im lazy..heeheeehee...=P
12Sleeping Beauty was my favorite when I was a kid.
13calibabi I agree with you 100%!
14ive always been called cinders at home..im just waiting for my prince to come a knocking : F R O G G Y :
15Little mermaid all the way!! I've always wanted to be a red head
16Haha! You guys are funny! I am posting the only I have of my tattoo. I know I know! I need to get a better shot of the whole thing. Well I actually do...but it was for my boyfriend and well....(blushing) I need to do some serious cropping! LOL
17Snow White!!! I am a HUGE animal lover!!!
18I have always thought Sleeping Beauty is so beautiful. She has great hair too!
19Where is Jasmin, who found her diamond in the rough and had the aid of a genie?
20other--mulan!!!!
21I voted Sleeping Beauty, but now I've changed my mind. I totally want to be either Jasmin(e?) or Mulan - who wouldn't want a "magic carpet ride"?????
22Snow White rules! I had a big crush on her as a kid:

(yup, that's me)
23um, they all end in happy endings, so what's the difference? i think we're just voting now on which one is our favorite.
i like the little mermaid. or jasmine, with the awesome curves.
24Belle is definitely the most modern princess, but I've always loved the ocean too...Snow White was my favorite when I was little. At Disneyland they match you up with the character you're most like and I got Cinderella. Can I play them all? I'm bound to hit a prince somewhere along the way.
25The Little Mermaid was always my favourite. I even love the original Hans Christian Andersen version, although I wouldn't want to be her
26How 'bout MULAN, the only "princess" who took matters into her own hands?
27junebrug, i did that match-up at disneyland and i was cinderella too!! so fun!
28YA cgmaetc! I'd want to be Belle. She is able to see the Beast for what he truly is, not a handsome, built rich idiot. (who nowadays would probably come out of the closet as being gay anyway)
29And ARIEL? You guys. She turned her back on her entire kingdom for a guy! She changed everything about herself for a dude she barely knew! What is so admirable about that?
the little mermaid! i have a fickle fascination with redheads and she can sing!!
30mulan is awesome too even though she wasn't a princess. i love the whole 'dressing as a man to fight for what's right' type thing. its very feministic.
good call a gentle rain! talk about being a role model.. heh.
31i like belle's story, but i'll always have a special place for cinderella since it's the first disney movie i got to see! (they were forbidden in my country, when i was little)
it was awesome, i remember being seven, not understanding a single word and still singing along.. good times
Cali, that's awesome. Are you a SoCal girl? My favorite question was: "Do you like eating lunch with nice people or do you like eating nice people for lunch?"
32i've always wanted to be the little mermaid, she's been my favorite since forever!
33i love the water and i am a natural redhead...so ariel's my fav...plus her prince is HOT
34I went through a phase with almost every princess. Ariel was the most prominent. I figured out how to stick my legs together to make a fin
And then the idea of the dutiful abused servant getting her prince
in the end was something I used to make up stories about when I learned to type.
But I picked Sleeping Beauty, because she sings Tchaikovsky, got engaged to a handsome prince when she was a baby, and she had a nice long nap.
35Although if I were sleeping beauty, I wouldn't have been lying there all perfect. I'd be on my tummy with crazy hair lol.
I used to put a diving ring over my feet so that they stuck together and I could splash around the pool like a mermaid with a "fin." I was a weird child.
36A Gentle Rain, i must respectfully disagree. Ariel ALWAYS wanted to be part of the human/dry land world even before she met Eric. She never felt like she belonged in the sea and wanted out. Eric was just the icing on the cake! Besides, its not like there weren't seven other sisters above her so it's not like she turned her back on the entire kingdom or turned down an opportunity to be queen. she wanted to go after her dreams and she did. GO ARIEL!
37Little Mermaid. She's always been my fave.
38Belle! She's quiet and independent, intelligent and caring. Most of all, she gets to live in a castle with a HUGE library!
39Cinderella. She's always been my favorite princess. And she gets to wear the kick ass glass slippers.
40little mermaid, simply because we have matching hair.
41Snow White. I would have chosen Alice In Wonderland, but it's not here
42I've always wanted to be Ariel
43Sleeping Beauty is the only one that's appealing to me. She gets to sleep, I love sleep!
44My husband calls me sleeping beauty...don't know why...but I like all of the princesses..
45i picked ariel because i LOVED her as a kid, but i vote mulan! she ends up a princess, kinda!
46I would have chosen Alice in Wonderland too...but I guess Snow White.
47Cinda-f'n-rella... Classic tale of rags to riches, always having hope, and knowing who you are against all odds.
48I agree with calibaby and popgoestheworld. Belle was my favorite and the story that went with it was a really good story. I also liked Jasmine, it kind of reversed the classic Disney roles and showed love from a whole different angle.
49Cinderella of course! thats the first one and i saw it when i was like 5 or 6 others were banned in my country i saw them when i was in university and dont like tthem as much i love cinderella
