Ask 50 people one question and you'll get, well, 50 answers. Fifty People, One Question travels to cities and does just that. Now it's off to New York, Brooklyn specifically, to ask 50 of its millions and millions if they could wake up anywhere tomorrow, where would it be? Many chose to stay in the fantastic hooray of the city — as if where else to go? — while others looked backward and forward, inward and way, way out there for answers. What would be yours?

Hmmm...thats so tough! Probably San Francisco, Seattle or London...love!
Africa. It's first on my list.
Anywhere next to my husband.
Helsinki, Berlin or NYC. I'm not dying until I visit those places.
tokyo
Anywhere under Chef Gordon Ramsay.
I am pretty content waking up in my own bed in my own town, but if I had to choose, I'd say somewhere in Hawaii or Germany just cause I'm dying to go either place.
Paris.
easy Maldive
London, with the husB.
Where is Maldive?
Under a waterfall in the sun with my husband.

LondonLondonLondonLondonLondon.
I'm going to Italy
Pick one place? No fair.
Chicago. LA, to see some friends. Along the Amazon river. Cairo. Okinowa, Japan. Sydney, Australia, surprise the boyfriend when he lands there in 2 days. London, see my family for the first time in three years. St. Petersberg. Berlin. Venice. The base camp on Antarctica. The Galapagos Islands. The Canadian Rockies.
Anywhere but under this dead midwest winter sky ....
France, Egpyt, or Australia.
Foggy London town, please!
next to my baby back in Tokyo
Mexico, on a beach.
I'm thinking I'd like to wake up on a golf course in Ireland in mid-summer. Can I manipulate the weather as well? Would it be possible to get a little bit of that global warming we've been expecting?
If it doesn't have to be real then the warm loving place in my head I dream about where I have a family who loves me and the stability I've always wanted.
If it's real than Stockholm, Sweden (haha where else
).
Well if I could wake up tomorrow anywhere it would be in the Lincoln Park Dist. in Chicago two blocks from Lake Michigan in the arms of my sweetheart. But that aside I guess I would choose Buenos Aires Argentina, Istambul Turkey or in a cabin on the SeaSheapard getting ready to attack a Japanese whaling ship with stink bombs, lol.
*Sorry make that the Steve Irwin operation Sea Sheapard.
Australia!
I'm in London now, where I usually wake up, but have recently been wishing I could wake up back in Hong Kong where I was over Xmas break. *sigh*
Arendal Norway, so I can chill with my family.
Next to my boyfriend in our comfortable bed in our new house we bought together in Denver (which is not current reality).
Some place where it doesn't snow every week.
Barbados - or perhaps a beach hut in Thailand
Vancouver BC or Austin, TX (with, uh, Colt McCoy...). London was the first place that came to mind though.
Paris
West Africa or Italy.
Florence
Fiji.
New Zealand. So many potential adventures there.
Belize, again. I love it.
back on the beach in Grenada...best honeymoon spot
I'll actually be waking up in London and Paris next week for the first time and all of you who chose them as your spot make me even more excited to go
In a lofty apartment, in the arms of Gene Kelly 50 years ago.
Or waking up from a wine-induced black out on a pool table in Benecio del Toro's loft, with only polaroids to tell me what happened the night before. Too gritty?
At an eco-resort near Machu Pichu
In a lovely new condo in Lincoln Square in Chicago with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and 2 bedrooms and two baths...one of those bathrooms having a gorgeous deep clawfoot tub. I'd have my own space in a heated parking garage and in that space would be a lovely new mini cooper.
Fiji
I 2nd Fiji
Right where I am, so that in four years I get to be the one that said, "I told you so!"
Next to James McAvoy
Montenegro, New Zealand, Scotland, Prague, Australia...
Back home in London with my adorable boyfriend. This being in NY for a month has taken a SERIOUS toll on my phone bill.
Next to James McAvoy
Montenegro, New Zealand, Scotland, Australia, Prague, Thailand...
If my grandmother weren't alive I would like to wake up in Italy.
Since she is alive I wouldn't mind staying here in NY. I plan on living here for the rest of my life.
Well if you had asked me this last year I'd have said Australia. But I'm finally here! It's so hot today I'd like to wake up somewhere cold and snowy.
ney york, on broadway.
