3I learned about the baseball thing when Bill Richardson was on Meet the Press a while back. Tim Russert cornered him because he was on the record as saying he was both a Yankees fan and a Red Sox fan. Tim said he could take BR changing his position on a lot issues, but that this one had to be one or the other. It was one of my very favorite Tim Russert moments.
