This looks like a temp tat -- on lower belly.
1That is freaking tiny. if you are getting a small tattoo, don't put it there! it becomes lost on a vast expanse of flesh.

4Is it lower tummy or lower back? I know I have a spinal dip like that. But I can't tell either!
5Its definitely lower back. That bump that it's on is just like the one on my lower back.
