While I agree my dad does this and it makes it hard to buy for him sometimes. So during the holidays we generally just put off what we want to get so that other people have options of things
to buy us.
Things are just too tough this hyear, and we never put much emphasis on gifts for everyone and anyone anyway. we are buying for the kids, and thats it.
i wish that i could afford to go holiday shopping at all - let alone find something to buy for myself - but i think that you're right here. it's ok if you treat yourself - as long as you
don't forget the reason for the shopping trip in the first place.
haha yea last monday my boy and i went x-mas shopping..by the end of the night, I had a new Kate Spade purse, planner and keychain..and he had new clothes..and zero stuff for everyone else
lol..i felt bad for like half a second but whatever we dont treat ourselves enough so it felt good
