Wow, that was a tough choice... I almost immediately picked Spencer, but I had to stop and think about what specifically makes each one of them a douche... I went with Balthazar Ghetty.
Cheating on his wife with "Sluttyienna" (as Perez Says) and the lovely photos that came out of their debacle were just Ick.
I'd have to agree with SaRaH 22!! I'm so sick of seeing ANYTHING about Spencer and Heidi. I skip those articles lol! Anyway, Spencer for the WIN! Wow... what a category to win.
I would very much like to kick Spencer in the balls. He seems to like to think of himself as the "puppet master" orchestrating all his endeavors to be captured by the paparazzi, many celebs
do, but this jerk is no celeb and he's more overt about his orchestrating than most.
Wow, I have no idea who this Spencer Pratt guy is, but it looks like he has successfully united all of American womanhood against him. That's quite an achievement.

Russell's not a douche to me:( I actually like his humour, just not all his fancy escapades with girls (in England, it's been talked about way too many times for way too long).
I can't agree with Russel Brand being on the list. Actually my list of douche bags would be quite a bit shorter. I also wouldn't vote for Balthazar or David because what has gone on with them
is private business and I don't consider it any of my business so I can't label someone a douche over something I'm not supposed to know about (because I really believe private things should
be kept private).
I can't even look at Spencer Pratt. He just grosses me out BIG TIME. That being said, I can't stand John Mayer and Criss Angel either. I do think Balthazar Getty is a douche bag and stupid
for fooling around with Sienna Miller like that, but Balthazar Getty is so my type - physically speaking. (Blush)

Spencer is plain annoying. I was ok with him in the beginning (after watching him on Perez) but after the honeymoon pictures, I just want him to GO AWAYYY..
For those of you who don't know why Russell may be a douche, here you go. He basically pranked an old man who is beloved by Brits
for his role in the show Fawlty Towers by saying obscene things, including that he had had sex with the man's granddaughter.
I really don't think that we should judge the guys that have personal stuff against them -- like David. That's between him and his wife and I'm sorry, I would rather hear about him cheating
on her than having Spencer and Heidi get any more attention for their fake relationship.
