I have just split up with my boyfriend in a rather unpleasant way. Basically I am now dating one of his friends and it has made him mad.
What I had forgotten is that he once took a naughty photograph of me. I was drunk, and I did something really silly. We had been clubbing and I was wearing a pink mini-dress. Anyway, when we went home he somehow persuaded me to show my boobs and make a silly face and he took a photo.
So guess what. He has now shown the photo to some of my friends. I am so embarrassed and upset. I can't believe how stupid I was. I am so angry with him that I want revenge. If only I had taken a photo of him. Should I go to a Lawyer ? What if he posts the picture on the internet !
I think this should be a warning to all girls. Don't do anything silly in front of a camera ! I now have to think of a way to get the photo from him.

Oh this is a tough one. That picture should have been a private thing between the both of you. What a _______.
My advice is you need to go to him and ask for the picture back. Express how disappointed you were in him for showing it to friends. It was a private matter between the both of you. Try to be mature about it. I know you are upset, but be the bigger person. (It will show how immature he really is.)
Ask who else has seen it or what else has he done with it. Then ask that out of respect for you, that he does not show it to anyone else. I would be too careful about the internet thing; you don't want to give him any ideas.
Maybe this is a lesson learned, but I don't think a lawyer needs to be involved.
1give me his name and address and i'll beat his a@@ up. He's really immature for him doing that. If i was you, break up with him.
2I agree with pinup, talk to him and don't mention anything about the internet. After the talk, even if he does not agree to give back the picture, just ignore him. When he stops getting a response from you, he will throw the picture in the trash and move on.
3good luck.
Realistically, if he's the type of guy who would show that then he's is not the type of guy who's going to realize his immature ways and give you the picture.
4If he does, he has copies or it was digital photo and is saved onto his computer.
It is a really unfortunate situation. You can try talking with him, I don't see how it could hurt, but I think the best thing to do is come to terms with the fact that other people will see this picture.
Or plot for revenge!
I would ask a lawyer what could be done...
5VERY childish behaviour indeed and so transparently desperate that he wants revenge and he cannot deal with his jealousy. This picture was between you and him, not to show to everyone. You should somehow tell him something that makes him feel ashamed, something that brings him back on earth.
6It's unforgivable what he is doing to you right now.
that's really inappropriate. you did the right thing by breaking up with him. he's showing his true colours now. he should respect everyone. and he's obviously not showing that right now, especially to you. i'd say lawyer. i don't think revenge is the right way to go. he just might put it up on the internet if you do seek revenge.
7Tell him that you feel very let down by him. If he says he's sorry, then you say it's fine and insist on taking the picture back (including the negative). Tell him you don't want to see it in the internet and if you do, you will have to talk to your family's friends who are lawyers about it. Get it inside his head that he did wrong!
8That's so spiteful and very immature. What goes on behind closed doors should stay there IMHO.This is exactly why I believe a person should never, ever let anyone take nude photos or videos whether they are married or not. They have a way of ending up in the wrong person's hands and then you have some huge problems. A few times i have seen it come back and bite them really hard in the a$$. It happened to a really close friend of mine with a video tape her and her husband made a very long time ago.Needless to say they divorced a few years later the tape has disappeared(he claims he has no idea what happened to it) and she has been franticly trying to get it back and destroy it with no luck.
9Well good luck to your friend vmruby. I have never taped myself but those of you who do, be careful
10Thanks andaman...I feel so bad for her it's really frustrating. I have not done it either and i never will.
11I think I might be the only one that is going to say get over it but who hasn't done the infamous drunken boobie shot. While it was very immature of him to show it to everyone it could be far worse like it could be a sex tape that he showed to everyone or sold on the internet. You could try to confront him but he'll probably just laugh it off. I know there is a picture of me floating around jumping naked on a bed when I was on vacation in Hawaii when I was 25 and to be honest 10 years later I still think it's funny.
12'Seeking revenge' as you said would be being as childish as him, and probably wouldn't make things better anyway. Be honest with him, tell him that he really hurt your feelings; if he acts like an a**hole after that at least you won't have anything to regret cause you'd have acted as a grownup.
And think that you dating one of your friends might be difficult for him to swallow; although I'm not trying to excuse his behaviour, it doesn't sound like you really paid attention to his feelings either. And what it did proves that he still likes you and is trying to reach you. Maybe talking with him will show you that you guys can still talk.
I actually feel more sorry for him than for you, because doing something that pathetic to someone you cared for at one point in your life shows how desperate or devastated he must be because of your new relationship.
13Sorry I meant "show *him*", not "you".
14Def consult a lawyer...and LADIES lesson here!!
15u could get a lawyer, at least talk to one about the possible damage to ur reputation. what an ass!
16My feelings on this are a combo of what cubadog and advah say. We all know that the ex's friends are off limits- always. I'd call this one "evens" and move on. If you make a big deal of it, it will only perpetuate his acts of revenge.
17luckily for you just showing your chest and making a face, doesn't have as much shock value as it once did. I think you should not even pay it any attention. He is trying to make you angry and hurt you like you may have hurt him. He is a child. And with children, you need to ignore until it goes away.
18ouch! this is why alot of women out their believe MEN ARE SCUM! what an ass. tell him how much it hurt you, and make him feel bad about it, but i wouldnt bring it to a lawyer, it could just cause u more embarrassment.
o..and thank your lucky stars your not with this loser anymore!
19Honestly Ive been there, except mine were serious sexy shots...and they were gross pictures (I thought they looked so horrible and fat!) anyways. He apparently has posted them online and they were like...naked except a gstring. I told him Id sue his ass if I ever found them online because I was a minor at the time, but in your case, I wouldnt worry about it because its just your boobs. It could be worse, so feel relieved. Hes a dink for what he did, but honestly....theres not much you can do. Dont sweat it, if they are good friends they wont care!
20*playboy_bunny66*
I am completely with cubadog on this one.... it's not really a big deal if all you are doing is flashing the camera.... seriously, it could have been far worse.
21Also, going to a lawyer is pointless... there is nothing they could or would want to do, and any lawyer that tells you otherwise is out for the $$$ and will NOT actually deliver anything but a bill... Period. You had NO reasonable expectation of privacy as YOU were the one that participated by pulling your top down, and honestly, I highly doubt your reputation was damaged by this shot.
Consider it an embarrassing lesson and be the more mature person and put it behind you...
