Last week Patty Brisben offered up some great advice on how to avoid a sex slump during the holiday season, and she's back to give us some tips on how to bring the romance back to life once the holiday stress is behind us. Check out her first suggestion below:
Get active! Exercise releases endorphins that make you feel giddy, healthier, and sexier — so go ice skating; take a ski trip, just the two of you; or hit the gym together. If you live in a warmer climate, go for a hike out in nature. Whatever you decide, the effects of being active will not only help both of you get fit, it will also make you say “I look great!” and there’s no better aphrodisiac than a little self-confidence!

Since we both got the gym membership togetehr and go 3+ days a week I really notice a difference! Plus, we get to spend some more q-time together
1Sounds great but my boyfriend is fit as hell and does triathlons and I can barely run a half mile
(but I do yoga and low impact cardio). If only our exercise regimens matched!
2My BF and I like to go to the gym together almost every day ... then we get to squeeze in a second workout later!
3heartbreakerx62x hahahaha good for you two!
4Omg, this one is so true. I always feel better and want to get it on after working out, or doing anything active, LOL.
5my bf is the complete opposite. he's tired after doing anything physical... and he's not overweight at all!
we're not too active. but this is a great excuse to start!
