Since more than half of you had at least one first kiss this year, I'm going to assume that you went on a few dates too. We all have different ideals when it comes to spending one-on-one time with someone you're crushing on, so tell me, what was your favorite type of date in 2008?

Lacoste
Hanii Y
Paul Smith
Feed me and buy me a drink...seriously those two things make me happy lol.
1lol, ms m! me, i'm a coffee junkie. if i could spend all of my time in coffeeshops, i totally would.
2yea for sitting at a coffee shop!
3I agree with Ms. Mag. lol.
4I picked hiking, but going to a sporting event is awesome! I love going to diamondbacks games!!
5I love food (very torrid love affair actually) so show me you can cook (or at least try) and I melt just like parsley butter sauce over roasted chicken and potatoes.
Plus its nice to fool around and have fun in the kitchen (food is love and togetherness to me) and be able to proudly enjoy the fruits of your labors together with a nice glass of wine and slightly greasy fingers.

6ah, heaven.
I practically live to go to coffee shops anyway-anything coffee related is good with me! although I love the cooking together thing as well.
7One that didn't end in an argument or being pissed off for the night.
8Hmm didn't look at choices...the best one was cooking together =). Especially cooking with someone studying to be a chef/manager
.
9Anything involving food and wine!!
10I like the classic dinner and drinks. But I do like to do different and unusual things that aren't on here, for example going to a festival, going to art shops and used bookstores or going to a comedy show...that describes the first few dates my boyfriend and I went on and we're still going strong 3 and a half years!
11Where's the one that says dropping the kid off at Grandma's and Grandpa's for a few hours and relaxing with each other at home.
12I love cooking together but I also like doing something fun and new like learning a new skill like taking a yoga class or learning how to make a new dish or play a sport.
13Cooking together is soooooooooo sexy!
14Im with ya Blue!
15I need one that says...grandma finally came around to take the kids for a few hour so mama and poppa could go out and do ANYTHING!
I picked Cooking together-it can be such a cute, intimate, romantic thing to do. One person cooks, the other cleans up! Lol. I usually clean up because I'm a terrible cook-I've even burnt rice before.
16I don't know which category playing video games would be, but
Yeah, that. I do love the candlelit dinners and butt-kicking in bowling but there's nothing I love more than screaming at the TV together, trying getting more kills
than him, getting mad when he wins and rubbing it in when I do.
17i think that for 2008, my fiance and i have made the movie/play thing into our favorite date activity and to be honest, it works for us. we both love to go to the movies and it's not that expensive so we can do it regularly and that means that we can be certain to have a day a week that we get to go out together.
18COOKING. definitely the sweetest. no pun intended. ok, a little intended.
19Actually I think it depends on which date this is or who you are going out with? Is this a first date? A third date? Or a date with your SO? The kind of date I want depends on what I want to do. For example a lot of people mentioned cooking together. I think that's great and I LOVE doing that with my SO but it seems to intimate for a first date...I also wouldn't want to go on a movie on the first date because you can't talk to the person, how do you get to know them? So it really just depends to me on who it is and what's the situation....
20**I mean what I want to do depends on what kind of date I want*
21I mean what kind of date I'm on! DAMMIT too much wine....
22I love all these things (except bowling), but I think hiking is definitely the most fun. And I love going to sporting events, even though I'm not a huge sports fan. Something about being at the games is just lots of fun, my bf and I always have a great time. And I love food, so anything food related is a plus.
23i LOVE going to angels games!
i can't wait till spring!
24what about a concert?? that's the only date i had a first kiss this year. but out of this list, i picked sporting event. i love hockey and football and would love to go to either one on a date. coffee would be good too because i'm obsessed with coffee.
25Cooking together is the best--the teamwork, the fun, the sensuality depending on what you're making is wonderful.
26Coffee shop was my pick ...
27been out on a few first dates and two of them were in coffee shops
the other two were dinner ...
Drinks at a metal gig, or some other hip place with cool people. Don't really care about dinner. There's something about eating in front of boys I just met...
