Is anyone else getting really steamed about the fact that so many people are getting a personal semi-bailout via forclosure moratorims, renegotiated rates, etc...?
I try not to take all things political personally, but as a potential first time home buyers who decided to wait and save money until we could afford something without taking out a crazy loan... well my husband and I are getting quite cranky about the whole thing.
As for the recount in Minnesota - I have been following this really closely. Conservative commentators say there is somethign screwy going on statistically. What is taking so long?
1Did they really have to burn an effigy of President Bush - anyone upset about this or outraged? I wonder what would happen if we up and got our sh*t and just left.
I guess it's nice people in foreclosure don't have to up and move before the holidays; however, their holidays will still be stressed and worried trying to find a new place and make plans. It's just delaying the obvious.
2The hubby and I joke that we should have just bought a house when we had the chance. Grr, damn responsibility!
3Good for you MM.
4MM - that's what we say as well.
5I find it really surreal to see the Attorney General having a swooning fit. I hope he's okay.
6MM lol me too. I kinda wish I didn't get a fixed rate... then I could just have them give me one now, and I wouldn't be responsible for all the months of missed payments... it would have been fabulous.
7And in regards to the recount... I definitely think something fishy is going on. They said that magically 500 ballots appeared out of no where with al franken / barack Obama names on them... 500 and no norm coleman... definitely fishy!!
Who's 'they'?
8I think all of us responsible people should get something for not contributing to the screwing up of the economy!
