While Sarah Palin excused herself from negativity and we've already looked at some of the campaign trail rumors, according to Chief Political Correspondent Carl Cameron there's an "avalanche" of Palin information coming our way. In an interview with Fox News, he admitted that Palin was difficult behind the scenes, refused to be briefed before interviews, threw temper tantrums, and showed a worrying lack of international knowledge. For example, she didn't know Africa is a continent or which countries are in NAFTA. It's worrying, but less of an issue now that she's no longer a possible VP. Then again, her name is already being tossed around in 2012 talk. So what do you think — do you still care about dirt on Sarah Palin, or are you done spending time on it?

I really think we should accept the election is over and stop talking about her. I hope I never hear about her again but I doubt it.
1No!
2I wish she would just not come up in convo's anymore..its enough I have to hear about it everywhere, I dont want to read about it too!
we should look to the future and not question the past....yes we can.
3i guess citizen took palin and ran with her,its enough already
4no i don't care, as long as he's in alaska making sure America is safe from Russia
5No thank you.
6I knew they would come gunning for her once they lost. Where's the cries of sexism now huh?
7I don't agree with her in any shape or form but I don't think she should be made the scapegoat.
Let her go back to Alaska and spend time with her baby.
8ceej i agree with you 100%. this is mccain's fault for picking her. also, i love how instead of focusing on how to fix the broken party that controls their network, fox news is now just gossiping about palin. love it!
9I agree with ceej. Let's move on.
10Yes, please, let's move on!
11I disagree. Considering all the buzz about Palin running in 2012, I think it's important to have the real information that was being tucked away during the election come out now.
12I'd like all the negative stuff to come out only to thwart any ideas about her running in 2012.
13Nope, it's time to move on.
14Yes I absolutely do. Bring on the dirt. Bring it. Because this nitwit thinks she's gonna run in 2012
15I think they should stop using her as a scapegoat. Who is more to blame- the idiot or the idiot that chose her as second in command?
16
17Actually I like hearing all the dirt now that it over -- man to be a fly on the wall -- must have been nice -- but what I don't like is that they are trying to throw her under the bus -- don't get me wrong -- I don't like her -- but McCain's judgement is in question here -- she did nothing wrong but be herself.
18Nope, don't care.
I know there's always a lot of post-election analysis and the ceremonial throwing to the wolves of whomever the losing side has decided to scapegoat, but really, this just seems like the media trying to prolong the excitement from the election.
19How do you know this "dirt" is the truth though?
20Everyone who releases this has an agenda and I don't believe for a second they're doing it for the good of the party. It's called saving your ass.
i can't wait for the movie!
21i don't care and fail to see how it's even slightly relevant today, other than for entertainment purposes. if she really is going to run in 2012, talk to me about her around 2011.
22Yawn. Sarah Palin is soooo 3 days ago.
If she comes back onto the scene in 2012, we can worry about her then.
23Good grief, let's move on! Show me the hope and change and let's get off Sarah.
24She had no problem insinuating that Obama was a terrorist and that his supporters were Un American.
So I have no problem with it coming out that she doesn't know geography or basic understanding of legal matters. If you dish it, you should be able to take it. Although if dirt starts coming out on her, she won't even care. Her ego is huge.
And yes, I do agree that we don't know how valid the "dirt" will be but we can say that about alot of things we read
25Its the same with Palin as it is with McCain for me: I wish they had shown me what qualified them when they were on the campaign trail. She became a caricature and I would really have liked to see the saavy that got her to Governor.
26Don't respect McCain for picking her in the first place.
27Don't respect her.
Don't respect reporters who kept all this secret until after the election - if they had any information that suggested she was so ill-prepared, they should have reported it immediately.
Give me 3 years to not have to hear about her. Then in 2011 start talking about her again and I'll be ready to make fun some more.
28Just because the election is over does not mean news about Palin is irrelevant. It's possible that she will try to run again in 2012. All news and information is welcome.
29Ordinarilly I would not want to hear another thing about Palin, but since I keep hearing threats about her running(?) again in 2012..for what?! I think we should be well informed of anything that was kept from the public the first go round. However, it makes sense that she would run in 2012...afterall isn't that when they predict end of mankind?
30But this is not news and information, this is gossip.
31If they're calling Palin the Wasilla hillbilly now, what are they saying about people like Joe Sixpack and Joe the Plumber now that they don't need them?
32[Its the same with Palin as it is with McCain for me: I wish they had shown me what qualified them when they were on the campaign trail. She became a caricature and I would really have liked to see the saavy that got her to Governor.]
EXACTLY -- they sat on this crap and was like oh well -- she'll learn -- they should have booted her when they had the chance. It just proves that McCain camp would have given us anybody to win.
33[If they're calling Palin the Wasilla hillbilly now, what are they saying about people like Joe Sixpack and Joe the Plumber now that they don't need them?]
Yeah -- that stinks!
34I don't think we know the full extent of what McCain tried to foist on us. I for one want to know.
35People are so afraid that she will rise up again in 2012. Am I the only one who thinks she will serve only one term as governor, and then disappear??
36"But this is not news and information, this is gossip"
excatly!
37No, I don't care really, I think its more important now to focus on the work ahead of us.
But I can understand the desire for juicy gossip and tidbits to validate people's feelings on both sides of it, its only human.
Just hope people will keep their eye on the ball and remember what really matters - its not her shoes, even if public money did end up paying for them.
RIMSHOT! CYMBALCRASH!
I KID! I KID! (just in a lighthearted mood..for a change)
38Did you read the piece about Obama talking about " changing the f*cking lightbulbs".
39I thought it was brilliant and gave a real insight into the man. I like him even more now that I've read that.(It's on huffpo)
But if other people read that before the election they would have been outraged and the statement would have been used against him.
Things like this are supressed for a reason.
Whilst I think it was a wrong choice for all the wrong reasons I don't agree with them turning on her now, it's childish.
So sick of the negativity. Let's move on already!
40The McCain strategists want to be sure that everybody knows: they never liked her, it's her fault, look how wacky she is...
41The McCain strategists dropped the ball and they are looking for a scapegoat.
42I'm tired of hearing about it. Let's move on now.
And I really doubt we'll see her in 2012. If we do, I seriously doubt she'll last long. She's had her 15 minutes. Palin really was what hurt McCain.
*sigh*
43Leave the woman alone already. Let's just be grateful she didn't make it to the White House.
44As much as I don't want to hear about this anymore, I think it's important that we know what's going on with her because I can almost guarantee that she will be back.
45I don't think people should gang up on Palin, but I still think it's news that she didn't know Africa was a continent and that a reporter was told to not share that information until the election was over.
This woman could have been VP, or even worse President, and she didn't know something you should learn in elementary school?! I believe it was the journalist's duty to share this information with the public before the election took place.
46There is nothing in this piece that we couldn't have guessed ourselves.
47Did you seriously think that after the election it was going to be suddenly revealed that the woman was a genius?
They gambled on her and it backfired.
She was not sophisticated enough to realise it then and will probably be surprised now that they have turned on her.
Time to let her fade into the sunset.
If I never hear her name again, it would be too soon.
48From now on, all campaigns should have workers and volunteers sign a confidentiality clause.
49Unless, Alaska decides to succeed from the US under Palin's watch then there's no reason to grant her publicity until she runs for office again
