I am a perfect mix of my mother and father, but more often than not, people tell me I am my mother's daughter! It is no big surprise that every parent passes down their mannerisms and unique characteristics to their children, but it can be spooky to see some mother/daughter duos that literally mirror each other.
In the spirit of Mother's Day, ladies, do tell, what characteristics or personality traits do you share with your mother?

Superdrug
Kova And T
Zoppini
Great idea! I think I get my creativity, my social graces, my generosity and my dimples from my mommie. xo
1cute photo...Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers out there!
2I have my mother's body and we are both very opinonated and not afraid to share those opinons.
3Our blue eyes and the ability to roll with the punches.
*I reject your reality and substitute my own*
4Her body type and determination to get what I want, I think she regretted that sometimes
5I got my mom's nose, her temper and stubborness (haha) her sensitivity, and her ability to sing (which isn't well haha) I got my dad's sense of humor.

Why don't you wear the face you have when I am not around?
I am a mirror image of mother when she was my age (except my hair is darker and I have my father' curls). I also have her strong sense of self and independence!
7My outgoing personality I get from my mother- and I love her for it!
8One bad thing I got is her worrying! A good thing is her feelings on the importance family. When my family has a dinner or get together it is usually planned by either her or myself.
9My mom and I get mad about the same things. and I got her athletic ability. i hope i look as good as she does when I am 51!!
10I look exactly like this one photo I found of my mother, only whatever she was wearing is something I'd never be caught dead in. For some reason, the only thing that comes to mind is her near constant singing of random little snipets of songs she's accuired over the years. I do that too.
11I totally look exactly like my mom - it's so weird. Pictures of her at my age make us look like twins!
And just like my mom, I love to laugh & LOVE kids. I also have her sweet tooth.
Happy Mom's Day everyone!
12i have my mom's stubborness, independence and high standards for knowing what i want! of course, that's cause for a lot of clashes with us but we're very close so it's all good.
oh and it's nice to see that she's aging very well because it bodes well for me in the future! she's in her late 50's and looks 15 years younger!
13our respective b*tch factors.
14My mother is an incredibly tough act to follow. She was smart, strong, loving, open minded, tolerant and more. I always favored my father physically and personality wise until the last few years. Now I hear that I'm more and more like my mother in looks and personality. No greater compliment could ever be paid to me.
15I have my mother's wrists, and that's pretty much it.
16She's a great mom though!
well...i look very much like my mother. we are both very strong-willed and independent. we can also be very unreasonable when we're upset. i think we fight a lot because we are so much alike. i am definitely my mother's daughter.
17Our stubborn personalities and we look alike.
18My mom's lips and facial structure as well as her ability to yell very loud.
19i don't look anything like my mother. it's actually quite funny. we are so different that when i was little and she had to bring me to the doctor the nurses would joke: "where was the mommy when this baby was born?"
i don't look much like my dad either...
but i'm the exact copy of my great-grandmother. it's freaky. we have a photgraph of her in her twenties which was taken in the nineteen twenties. and it's me. it's really scary!
20hehe. happy mother's day everyone!
The fact that we have the same DNA everything else is diff... ok we have the same hair color. Blugh
21But in wanting to keep this happy I will say my children have my dimples my hair color and my skin tone
And my love of music
22i am very much an equal mix of both of my parents. from my mom, i get my zany, quirky side...and from my dad i get my work ethic and my occasional pessimism. i also look like a mixture of both of them...unlike my brothers who look like either one or the other.
23A lot of people think I look just like my mom, but she says I look 90% like my dad and act like her brother. Strange huh? However, I do have the need to always please people like her.
24My emotional dependence on people, my lack of emotion and compassion, my lack of ability to love, lying extremely well, spending money I don't have.
thanks mom.
