When this little black blur slows down long enough to let you see him, he appears to be a baby toy poodle with a tiny blue kerchief around his neck. Like this kitten [0], he's harassing a large dog and mostly getting away with it. I'm feeling a little tired today--I wouldn't mind having what that little jumping bean is having!
