The story about people fleeing the country to escape their debt it scary. On one hand, I can't respect a person who would flee their debt. That's just theft and it's wrong. On the other hand, it's just one more reminder of how ridiculous the price of attending college has become. Something has to be done.
1Someone forwarded me the Financial Times article today. There's not one word in it about Obama's fiscal policies... curious given the source.
At any rate, I didn't want to register to read the whole article, so my friend cut and pasted it for me. Let me know if anyone out there would like me to do the same in a post. (If that's allowed... is it?)
2"just one more reminder of how ridiculous the price of attending college has become."
Yep. Agreed.
3Murtha, Murtha, Murtha
4Jan did have a lisp you know.
5Murtha will probably survive.
