I'd like to see Obama's medicare ad that has been proven to be completely false.
1I didn't think it would be possible for me to loathe Bachmann any more than I did already, but that article's proven me wrong.
2Uh oh. Michele Bachmann is about to get another letter from her old friend, True Song.
3Bachmannn -- WTF????
PLEASE -- get this woman out of office -- she clearly doesn't belong there.
4How many days do we have until the election?
511 I think
6Dream, thanks. I hope that the sickness can be healed.
7Wow Michele Bachman clearly didn't take the same Anthropology class I did called "Race and Ethnicity in France in North Africa." Maybe I should have a few words with my professor Paul Silverstein
. I can't believe someone that ignorant is allowed to represent any population
in the US, let alone an entire state.
8Seriously we get this story:
Law: Will motorists rejoice? County in England ditches cameras that catch speeders. — newsblog
About England traffic laws, and numerous stories on McCain ads, but the Obama ad where most of it was proven completely false...nothing.
9Biden's statement in Seattle....nothing. English traffic camera's.......really?
Politics aside, you all have to see how swayed that is.
10GS instead of complaining..why dont YOU just post what you want to post? Or try to PM Citizen....
11And I do post them myself.
12I pm her constantly with ideas.
13We should all take a break - move over to Giggle and watch the dance off video. Makes me laugh thinking about it.
14Maybe she felt the Townhall swipe at Obama and abortion was more relevant today. It's hardly a love note to the Messiah.
15Bachman is doing wonders for fund raising, for her opponent.
16The Ron Howard endorsements are equally touching and hilarious. What a good sport to wear those hideous wigs.
Ok, now we have a story about Palin's makeup artist. Seriously people.
17Apperently its not important enough...or maybe not true..
kind of like the story she posted yesterday that R's b*tched about because it was such a tiny spot on the page. You know the one the police said today was fake? could be...
18First, I'm not an R. Second, Palin's make up artist is? Third at least it was actual news and what was happening.
19It was news of what didn't happen.
20Just to take up for Citizen and Liberty - the make-up story was on Bella this morning and was not on Citizen site.
21Really too, they both have an awful lot of people to please from all along the political spectrum - most of the time, when I'm feeling things have been lopsided, if I go count I find they're actually equal or close to it.
22And if it's not equal I can look for news at one of the other flippity squillion news outlets in the world.
23Well each mini site does there own story whether it's fashion on Fab or rally's with celebrities on Pop. Even the dance off is not from this site, it's on Giggle.
24"I pm her constantly with ideas."
25Do you all feel better?
26I do, I had some chips and guacamole and it was fabulous.
27The best part, the chips were lime flavor. I highly recommend lime flavored chips.
28
29the fonz?
oh my goodness.
30Only group policies allow pre existing conditions.
31I am so scared of those speed cameras. Apparantly if you fight those tickets, they will cut the fine in half in some cities.
32Bachmann is so nutty. Guess she blew up her future this time.
33Thankfully, those speed cameras don't pass constitution muster here in America. Doesn't mean we won't get them sooner or later the way this country is going.
34Oops, I thought these were the cameras attached to traffic lights.
35Jessiebanana, agreed. However, any anthropology class may have been some use. My initial reaction was to pose the question: "if she really does believe in this 'clash of cultures', and that not all cultures are equal, to whom is she referring to as the superior one(s)?"
36I was doing a little reading on Planned Parenthood and it made me feel like we have gone backwards in some ways, in that this organization still has to fight its cause.
Its not like women's rights to contraception and choice are totally a partisan issue, and it frustrates me that it seems to get used as a moral "battering ram" to round up evangelical votes for the right. If people want small government why do they need to stick their noses in civil/reproductive rights anyway?
And shame on McCain for going back on his word in 2000, when he still believed women had a right to choose for themselves.
NIXON supported Planned Parenthood, love or hate the guy he acknowledged the need for reproductive services that everyone could afford. This was pre Roe-V-Wade!
Palin and her ilk really trouble me because I profoundly dislike her views on a multitude of subjects and I am not comfortable with her lack of knowledge and her tendency to patronise people.
I also think these evangelical types actually do the GOP a grave disservice. I understand how much they helped the Neocon wave in the 1980s, and their votes galvanised a whole new segment of the right behind the GOP. But was it worth it?
When I see this level of bigotry and nonsense from a VP candidate, I start to see why there are so many vocal independents.
37I agree, Shadow!
38has anyone googled abortion survivors?
some are missing limbs,blind etc...
some of thes people seem real humble happy they got a chance at life.
I'm asking in the nicest way possible, has any one really dug deep & researched planned parenthood on both sides.
google the silent scream - please stay completely informed I use to go with the flow thinking I knew enough of it; with a few issues in the past in highschool now it sickens me.
You decide!
google life dynamics , medical books etc.. know the facts please.
If you do then great
39I almost got killed because my mom didn't fully didn't
understand. thank God she dug deep.
