During the week it’s normal to start planning for a fun-filled weekend. And when the weekend finally arrives, it feels great to be busy and social, but by Sunday night, you can easily feel depleted. For those of us who need recuperation, sometimes mellow weekends are a far better choice, even if it means staying in on Friday night. So are you all about the mellow weekend? Or do you like your weekends to be as busy as possible?

It depends. If there's a lot going on that I want to do, then I will. If not, then I won't.
Every weekend I try to not do anything, but its literally impossible! My weekends are always jam-packed.
I jam pack my weekends and then regret it. I have a high stress job and often wind up having to work in between social obligations.
I usually have more mellow weekends, I'm a homebody and like to stay in and watch a movie or hang out with a friend, and it's a good time for me to catch up on homework. But don't get me wrong I love going out and about on the weekends and go quite a bit, but usually they're not so busy, more chill.
Right now I *wish* I had jam-packed weekends! I guess I enjoy mellowing out some, but I feel more productive and like I have more fun when I'm on the go. Oh well...when I get full weekends, I'll probably be wishing for the "good old boring days"!
i've been thinking about this lately, actually... i used to like staying in one night a weekend, but lately, i've been going out both nights. it can be stressful & expensive. my friends & the boy i'm dating look at my like i'm crazy if i say i want to stay in on a weekend night, though. this weekend, i think i'm going to stay in tonight & then go out tomorrow.
I like to even it out. Go clubbing Friday Night, go out during the day and then see a movie Saturday night, take it easy go to bed early Sunday night. I loooove weekends!
I like to alternate: I find the best is two jam-packed weekends, followed by a chill on for catchup. That is this weekend and I'm looking forward to it.
it really depends. I usually do something on friday night. Get caught up on my errands/chores on saturday day. Go out saturday night, and then sunday is my lazy/ do-nothing day.
My weekends are always jammed packed. This weekend we are holding a "happy hour" at our apartment. Im so excited to wear sweats and drink wine!
Friday nights for me are reserved for staying in, renting a movie and spending time with my boyfriend or having a girly night with my best friend, usually because by the end of the week I'm exhausted from waking up early, going to school and work. Saturday night is usually the "party" night, and Sunday is my relax and prepare for the week day.
I love jam-packed weekends!! It's much better than sitting around at home, worrying that the weekend is passing by and you're doing nothing. At least that's how I feel. =]
Mellow all the way! Even going out and doing one little thing seems to drain me. :/
Mellow weekend and mellow week days are for me. I need lots of personal space. Hanging out with others drains me. I know it is not true for some who craves to be in a crowd and needs to be on the go at all times.
Relaxing and boring just the way I like it.
My weekends are always different. Some weekends I have a lot going on, but most of the time I usually only have one "event" scheduled like having lunch with a friend or going to see a movie with my family. I like to stay home and watch movies most of the time - I'm a homebody.
i actually prefer to have some of the more mellow type weekends. i think that if i have too many things to do then i get stressed because i'm afraid that i'm not going to get to everythig. it's just a lot easier for me if i can have one or 2 things to look forward to. i typically stay in on fridays and plan things for the day or night on saturday and then i'm mellow and low key on sunday
