5I have had several cats over the years & if you start giving them baths when they are kittens they really don't hate the water. We've had two that when they hear the water running in the bath they come running to jump in the tub!
6I have a lovebird (not a cat, I realize) and I swear she can hear running water from a mile away. It doesn't matter if you're washing your hands, or doing dishes, or taking a bath yourself, she's like a green bullet heading for the water. I'd swear she thinks she's a fish. She actually sits on the side of the bathtub sqwauking at the faucet to start running!
