If condoms are your primary form of birth control, for both pregnancy and STI prevention, then you'll be happy to know there's a new thin condom on the market. Lifestyles Skyn pledges to be the "closest thing to wearing nothing." Well that sounds inviting, doesn't it? These new Skyn condoms are made of a breakthrough material called polyisoprene, which is designed to be softer, stretchier, and more natural feeling. Skyns are meant to feel more like skin-to-skin contact, which is what we're after when it comes to sex, right? They are latex-free, so they're perfect if you have a latex allergy, but they still protect you against STIs. If you're turned off by regular condoms because they decrease sexual sensations, then you may want to give these a try. Let me warn you that they're pricier than latex condoms, with a 12-pack costing around $13.50. If they make your time under the sheets better, then I say they're worth the extra dough!
Have any of you tried these Skyn condoms yet? If so, let me know your thoughts in the comments section below.

you shouldnt have the words "breakthrough material" and condom in the same paragraph.!
1they sound pretty interesting tbh, anyone tried them yet??
2yeah i'd really like to know how these are if anyone has used them!
3My best friend and her fiancee discovered these a few months ago. She has what she believes is a latex allergy(undiagnosed) that causes her a lot of pain during sex. She says this is the best thing that has happened to their sex life because it doesn't hurt her and it's not as expensive as the natural condoms they had been using. Her fiancee also says they're the closest thing to using nothing at all.
4my favorite condom is something similar to this called the Crown "No-skin". I am not sure what the material is, and I can't check it at work because those websites are blocked. You have to order them online, try condomdepot.com, but they are ultra thin, and I love them!
5this is good to know and i might be interested in this product.
6yep. good to know.
7I'm going to pick some of these up after work. Great to know!
8Always good to know about the non latex condoms out there. I have a severe latex allergy (I go into anaphylactic shock if I just touch the stuff...) Luckily, I've been with the same guy for 3 years, so we don't use condoms, but it is still good to know.
9ok ok ok ok, since no one has had a direct experience with this product I will sacrifice myself for the cause!
10I will let you guys know how good it is
Lol, Marni!
These sound pretty cool, I want to try them now!
11Marni, I was going to try to find some in town, but I wouldn't be able to try them out until Thanksgiving weekend! Let me know how it goes!
12Hey, I went to buy these at Target, and they didn't have them! But since I needed to pick up a prescription at Walmart, I went out there and checked it out. It was $8 for a 12 pack!
13Bought them today and going to try them now; I would let you guys know how it went
14There great i use them regularly and they dont desensitize you or anything. Sensation and pleasure arent a problem at all. Definetly worth the extra cash i promise.
15They are amazing! Will never buy anything else!
16Are they thinner than trojan thins?
17my wife says they are the best. didnt even know i was wearing one...
18Me and my boyfriend use these every time, and they're AMAZING.
19I purchased a 12 pack recently, and my lady said it felt like I wasn't wearing anything. She loved it! I could still tell I was wearing something, but not like with latex. BETTER!!
