heehee i actually shook my head to that! wow..i dont think that guy would ever be cool...poor richard!

I've never seen a Richard Simmons video until now, I didn't know that all his background exercisers were fat and old with mismatched clothing. That's really different from every other exercise video I've seen, so its cool.

One thing I like about Simmons is that his body does not look like a total meathead's like you normally see in workout videos. He has a realistic body that anyone can obtain and is probably more comfortable for heavy people to aspire to.

This is what my house parties look like, except with Disco music.

My mom totally had this video and for years my sister and I would do impressions of the "Shake, shake, shake, (shake your booty)" dance move. Richard Simmons is amazing.
