I don't think she's endorsing him, really, I think she's just discussing him. It wouldn't surprise me if Obama is the man she chose to back, but I'm glad she has the good sense not to preach about it. I think she discussed it in a level-headed, rational manner.

Guess Angie's one of those rich folks who doesn't freak out at the thought of paying taxes.

I don't consider this an endorsement. And I think it's odd that Jolie wouldn't have come out from the beginning with an Obama endorsement? Is she on speaking terms with her father?

I don't understand why people get so riled up over Angelina. Anyone check out the post on Pop yesterday with the breastfeeding picture? I've NEVER seen Citizen get so nasty as that post got. Even on the worst days.

I don't really care which way a celebrity leans.

What gets me riled up are the celebrities (and I use the term loosely) that wear clothing professing their love for Obama. Things like "Bad girls love Obama" or something along those lines. That does WONDERS for his credibility.

Voting for Obama is not a vote for families, since he voted to lift a ban on killing babies "mistankenly" born after a botched abortion. He's all about killing babies. It cracks me up to hear those liberals to fight for abortions in the very same breath as fighting for animal rights. They are so screwed up.
And If I were a candidate, I'd be embarassed to have these celebrity endorsements........has anyone seen P.Diddy's you tube videos? Or Ashton Kutcher and Demi or Madonna? I mean, these people are soooooo ignorant.

I didn't see people really hating her, until Brad split with Jen. The she went from humanitarian wild child to homewrecker in a lot of people's eyes.

IMO (and only my opinion) if Jen and Brad had been in a good stable relationship...it wouldn't have happend. Angie represents the threat to the minivan majority...you know that hot girl in the office..or that cool girl friend that will steal their husbands aways when they get dumpy? But really the husbands that DO stray..there is probably a larger issue in the relationship..other than just some hot chick don't ever wanna confront their own issues!

Quite frankly, there were reports that Jen and Brad were having problems way before Angie. Jen would have interviews where she would say she wanted to concentrate on work and he would go in interviews saying that he wanted to have babies.

kastarte2 there was also a blind item on laineygossip a while back stating that Jen was taking male horomones to stay thin..and that caused miscarriages and that was one of the reason for the detriation of the Brad and Jen relationship..because obviously Brad want kiddies and stayig thin is a stupid reason to keep taking the shots.

i went to my friend's beach house this summer and they had an Oprah magazine from like 2003 or something in the bathroom, and it had an interview with Jen while they were still married and it was so heartbreaking to hear her gushing!

I remember interviews from like 2005 in Vanity Fair and on TV where all he talked about was how much he wanted kids. (I had a little Brad crush back then ) And she was signing on for another season of friends and all she was talking about was upcoming projects and films. Seemed a pretty clear indication at the time that they wanted different things. I was really surprised by all the controversy and hatred towards Jolie. I think at this point, there are people who post on pop who feel more passionately about a three year old divorce than Jen the divorcee does.

Angie says she's registered as a independent so she could have gone either way, but knowing her stance on many issues I had a feeling she would lean towards Obama.

Here's a reason why I like Angelina. Brad wanted children, she had two. And he probably wanted a bio baby but he wasn't going to keep bothering her about it because he at least he had Mad and Z. She decides it won't make a difference if she gave birth, even though she said she wouldn't, and tadaa now they have 6 lovely children. Still don't see all the hateration.

btw brad is the one to blame 100000000000000000000% but as a woman we should have more respect for ourselves, regardless if brad and jenn were separated or their relationship was on the rocks, i'm sure brad wanted children so did jenn according to a magazine i believe vanity, i think angie was that hot chick that had the whole package and what he wanted in life, because we all know jenn doesn't have the whole package

I don't think everybody who dislikes her is because they're threatened by her beauty or because of the Jennifer-Brad thing. I like her sometimes, sometimes I don't. I think some of her movies are terrible, like Wanted, while some are great, like A Mighty Heart. She takes herself too seriously and I think that sometimes she should be a little more private and classy, but on the other hand she is a generous person and brings attention to issues that matter, like the refugees. About who she's voting, I don't care.

Obviously some people disliked her before Brad left Jen but it just seemed like after, the hatred was intensified by like a bajillion. Or maybe people just got more verbal about how much they hated her.

bluesarahlou - I know, I was in the thick of the drama happening on that Angelina post yesterday. I'm really sick of the negativity on those posts, people are allowed to have different opinions but there is no need to call people names and start fights.

I don't think Angelina is endorsing Obama, she just said that she agrees with a lot of his policies.

I don't LOVE Angelina, I don't know her so I can't say that. And I was never one of those people who said "Angie is the most gorgeous person in the whole wide world!!!!" That's annoying too.

I agree california that is annoying too. The "I love her! She is so great" people are just as odd as the " I hate her she is such a phony b!tch!" people.

Some people just get into certain actresses and sometimes they just don't like them from the start. I never liked Anne Hathaway. Something about the way she speaks just bugs me. Also I have always disliked seeing Katie Holmes in movies.

I didn't actually start disliking her until recently. I was a huge proponent of hers until I started seeing what a hypocrite she was. Don't ask me to go into all of it, because I'm not going to get it started, but my disliking her really has NOTHING to do with Brad leaving Jen, However I do believe she had a hand in that and I seriously didn't RESPECT her for it, but the dislike I have for her came much much later.
