You're right -- the first one has four lines with each line the wrong amount of syllables, and the total amount of syllables is only 16.
The second is kinda brilliant though...
4Yeah, that first one isn't even a haiku. And I agree with Punk Glam Queen -- that second one is sort of brilliant.
