Some people are infatuated with talking dirty during sex. It can be a real turn on, but if you're not entirely comfortable with the idea of speaking while in the bedroom, you're not alone.
Maybe you've tried a few lines here and there but felt stupid and it seemed to ruin the mood. Or maybe you're just too embarrassed by the idea of even attempting a little bedroom chatter. If so, not to worry. The Daily Bedpost is here to offer some simple suggestions and ways to bring spoken language into your love life. You may have heard these cliché phrases before, but in the moment, they really do heighten the passion. I recommend starting off slow with short phrases (a little goes a long way). Try them several times and after a while, they'll feel effortless. Check out their first five suggestions:
- Familiar: "[Insert partner's name here]. Oh, [insert partner's name here]."
- Positive: "Yes." (repeat)
- Directive: (while pointing) "Touch/kiss me here."
- Encouraging: "Just like that."
- Inquisitive: "How does that feel? / Does that feel good? / Do you like that?" (not all at once, though)
The last five are even better — number 7 is my favorite — so be sure to check out the rest of their list by clicking here. Enjoy!

Can someone tell me what the last 5 are? That site is blocked by my company's internet... it wont let me look at dirty talk hehe
16. Demanding: "Take off your clothes. / Lie down. / Close your eyes. / Turn over. / Bend over."
7. Complimentary: "You are so hot/beautiful/sexy. / You smell/taste/feel so good."
8. Pleading: (breathy whisper) "Please, now. / Please, don't stop. / Please."
9. Threatening: "Don't move an inch/don't make a sound or I'll stop."
10. Obsequious: "Tell me what you want. / I'll do whatever you want. / I just want to make you feel good. / Do whatever you want to me, I'm yours."
11. (Bonus line) Spiritual: "Oh, God!"
2These make me giggle and I'm not stranger to dirty talk.
3Do people REALLY need to be told to say "Yes. (repeat)" ?????
If so, you must suck in bed (and not in a good men-likely kind of way)
4To take a page from Friend's....
6...7....3...4...7...11,2,2,4,2,2,11,2,11! 1...10...6,4..5...7...9..1,4,5...11...2...7.
Nice.
5Lol I think number 9 is funny .

Great reference.
7These are really easy, tame suggestions. Safe for any beginner.
There wasn't a single "I want your _____ inside me/I want my _____ inside you" or "______ me hard" in the bunch. (Two of the most conventional dirty phrases.)
A person can quickly move onto those after trying a few of the gentler suggestions from the list. Then, just let loose and say whatever filthy phrase comes to mind (if you dare).
8I agree. What's so dirty about this? These are the minimum things you should be saying in bed.
9I agree. What's so dirty about this? These are the minimum things you should be saying in bed.
10I don't like talking dirty during sex (although I agree with austerity that a lot of this doesn't count as talking dirty!) but I love to talk dirty at other times. Just making funny and naughty comments--it really helps to make the relationship exciting
But I definitely
wouldn't say a lot of these things during sex--especially the demanding or threatening talk. It sounds so serious, unnatural, and stilted to talk like that while you're supposed to be doing
something fun and carefree! But that's just my personal views--other people might find that kind of talk sexy.
11I like to hear it but dont like to say it tho...
12That doesn't sound like talking dirty to me. I don't think the kind of sex you can talk through is worth talking about...
13How do you talk, scream and breath? or don't you lose your breath?
nevermind, before I tell my business...
You should see the letters I wrote to my ex- bf...now that was dirty. This stuff is Sesame Street.
14#9 cracked me up!!!!! BAAAHAHHAHAHA
HAHAHAHHA
15dont move an inch or I'LL STOP
#9 style is HOT!! Except those examples aren't recommended for couples that never talked dirty before... I can just imagine the awkwardness! "Huh? What's wrong?"
It drives guys abso-fuggin-lutely NUTS when their girl says "don't come... **** me all night... you better not come!!"
my girlfriends and I have all proven its power
16This isn't dirty in my book - it's communication! MY dirty talk really IS dirty....
17Yeah, I agree with princess_eab... although I feel a bit slutty now. Oh well!
18i'm with those who find this stuff tame
19number 9 is hilarious
ha ha, joielin, "slutty" is not a word you are allowed to use. "fun" is!
20Ok ladies, I'm curious...what would you consider really dirty talk? I say most of those phrases and always thought it was pretty dirty but now I'm curious! Spill it! lol
21Uh, I can't type out my dirty talk 'cause it will be flagged. I don't want to get banned for blitzing the site with sexually explicit content.
If I blank out the filthy stuff, then the whole message will be mostly blank lines.
22Send me a private message! Lol, it sucks that on the sex section we cant talk explicitly!.
23I agree with most of the comment's...... this isn't no where near dirty talk! I love to take it to that next level were explaining what should be done next or how I like it isn't a factory! I takes good care of mine and no it's not by saying these few words.
