I live in VA and everyone and their grandmother has a vanity plate. I am not surprised at this. In my apartment complex's parking lot right now there is a vanity plate that says "M3T4L" and
one that says "IAHAPPY"
I have also seen the famous EAT with the kids first school logo after it. So all together it says EAT KIDS FIRST.
