Emma Stone and Seth MacFarlane joined forces to announce the 2013 Oscar nominations in LA early this morning. Seth will not only be hosting the Academy Awards come Feb. 24, but he will also be there as a nominee, since his original song "Best Friends" from Ted earned a nod.
