How could you forget, right? Well, the universe must love us at the moment because I discovered a video demonstration of the party favor in action. And although I believe that my personal presentation did it plenty justice, I must admit that a feathered, Japanese frolicker decked out in white spandex and a tutu skirt is slightly more compelling.
