By the way, the chick in the picture looks like she's screaming because she just got her hair cut like that and just saw it in the mirror for the first time
I would like to do this, but I'm paranoid someone will hear me even if I'm alone in my own house. I might do it in the car, but I think people will think I'm crazy.
I scream in the car all the time. GREAT stress reliever after work. Then again I have to deal with crazy english drivers :S
Before I got my car I felt really worked up as I was never alone - always with my beau. now we have quiet time to ourselves we are much happier - me cause I can sing and scream in the car LOL
You said it DearSugar! If you need to scream... do it! Just make sure no one is in the car with you, haha! I usually take out my aggression while driving... it's therapeutic!
There's this place down here in San Diego that just opened. I forget what it's called, but the whole point is you go there, pay them some money, and they give you stuff to throw and break
there. I doubt they'll be around very long, but it's a funny idea.
One of the best things a friend did for me once as driving out to a deserted area with a gorgeous view.
"For the next ten minutes I want you to get everything and anything on our mind out of your head! I want you to scream as loud as you want until you feel fine. Meanwhile, I'll go get drink a
soda in the car and wait until you are finished."
After the first few minutes of venting my frustrations, I just stood there and took in the gorgeous view. I wish I had gone on my drives with that friend.

1I only scream in the car, and often really bad things. Sometimes that road rage just has to come out...
