The Movies That Make You Cry
As it turns out, we're all a bunch of saps when it comes to just about anything emotional in a movie. But
among the movies you mentioned, a few seemed to really stand out. So check out my compilation of the six movies that make you pull out the tissue box, and cast your vote to decide which is the absolute most likely to make your eyes red rimmed and your nose run.

bucket list and ladder 49 always make me cryyyyy
1Oh wow.... I'm not a crier in films AT ALL, but the Notebook had me absolutely sobbing even after it ended. None of the other ones do much to me, but, boy, the Notebook... I'm not even brave enough to watch it again!
2Oh the Notebook..I might have to go rent it this week...I haven't watched in ages..but the end when they die together in the bed kills me everytime.
3My Girl is definately a hard one for me........
4i cry in pretty much every movie. i'm a bad judge of this hahaha
5The Notebook.
6None of the above.
7I don't have a memory of any movies making me cry... Maybe some movie when i was REALLY young? The one that came the closest? I'm a guy so I'm gonna go waaay off reservation here: Miracle.
8Rudy. I cry every time.
9The Notebook was the first movie to ever make me cry, and I mean CRY!
10I recently watched P.S. I Love You, and I definitely shed a few tears watching that movie too.
i'm a crier in general so i can watch an advert for loo paper and i cry! but braveheart does it for me every time! also, legends of the fall.
11Those movies made me feel sad, but didn't make it to the tears. The one that had me crying for an hour even after it ended was Artificial Intelligence. I dunno... maybe I was PMSing the day I saw it.
12E.T, Titanic, Its a Wonderful Life , the Green Mile and Shawshank Redemption all make me blub like a baby!
13But I agree with The Notebook but not PS I love you, I don't know whether it was Gerard Butlers wierd irish accent or Hilary Swank being an unconvincing attractive 30 year old, it didn't make me cry at all!
First Movie I ever cried in was Steel Magnolias - When Sally Field was at the cemetery was too much for me!!! Great movie.
14OMG! YES! this list is totally a bucket of tears! Steel Magnolias was the first one for me too mayeb, i was like 12 when i saw it. The Notebook it's just too much, i saw with two of my best friends (one a guy) and he was the first one crying his heart out at the end of the movie.
The lion king should not be for kids
that thing broke my heart.
A walk to remember :'(
PS i love you, i just couldn't stop crying... From the beginning to the end. :/
you are missing Sweet november also :|
15I am a huge crier. I will cry at so many movies. I just a big ol' sap!
16I love The Notebook--it gets me everytime.
17A Walk to Remember definitely.
18None of the above. I cried a river while watching Edward Scissohands.
19*Edward Scissorhands.
20I cry at pretty much every movie, but there are a few that make me sob no matter how many times I have seen them... Legends of the Fall, The Notebook, A Walk to Remember (my husband even cried at that one... and he NEVER cries in movies.)
21Lion King did get me the first time, but I saw it with my dad!
Notebook is a great one for the tears.
I laughed at Walk to Remember and my friends all called me a robot. I just didnt really like that movie to be honest.
One True Thing with Meryl and Renee Zellweger makes me a mess. That is a sad movie right there!
22I don't think I cried for the Lion King but the rest are sad
23A little princess! I LOVE that movie and I cry every time. I watched it when I was eight and cried and again last year and the result is the same.
24omg a walk to remember killed me! mandy moore was awesome.
25I cry during most movies which is sometimes embarrassing but I also find it therapeutic. Sometimes I crave the release I feel after watching a real tear jerker. That being said, My Girl has always been one that I can't control myself in. The part where she's talking to McCauley in the casket...too much!
Also, I always cry during Forrest Gump no matter how many times I've seen it. So good!
26Dying Young
27I've never seen P.S. I Love You (although I'm about to watch it right now online...), but all of the other movies made me sob. In all fairness, it's not hard to do - I cry at everything, just like several other people here have said, lol. If it's in a movie and it's intended to tug the heartstings, I fall for it every time, regardless of how implausible the situation, or how stupid the movie. I love this movie list though!
28I Am Sam always gets me! Also, all other movies when I'm feeling emotional. It is sad that I get that way actually seeing how I was never this way before.
29I think I've only cried during one move.
30Old Yeller.
When the kid kills his dog. Total tear jerker.
But I was 10 at the time though so *shrugs*
I love this posting and question
