The Movies That Make You Cry

As it turns out, we're all a bunch of saps when it comes to just about anything emotional in a movie. But among the movies you mentioned, a few seemed to really stand out. So check out my compilation of the six movies that make you pull out the tissue box, and cast your vote to decide which is the absolute most likely to make your eyes red rimmed and your nose run. Oh wow.... I'm not a crier in films AT ALL, but the Notebook had me absolutely sobbing even after it ended. None of the other ones do much to me, but, boy, the Notebook... I'm not even brave enough to watch it again!

The Notebook was the first movie to ever make me cry, and I mean CRY!
I recently watched P.S. I Love You, and I definitely shed a few tears watching that movie too.

Those movies made me feel sad, but didn't make it to the tears. The one that had me crying for an hour even after it ended was Artificial Intelligence. I dunno... maybe I was PMSing the day I saw it.

But I agree with The Notebook but not PS I love you, I don't know whether it was Gerard Butlers wierd irish accent or Hilary Swank being an unconvincing attractive 30 year old, it didn't make me cry at all!

Notebook is a great one for the tears.

I laughed at Walk to Remember and my friends all called me a robot. I just didnt really like that movie to be honest.

One True Thing with Meryl and Renee Zellweger makes me a mess. That is a sad movie right there!

I cry during most movies which is sometimes embarrassing but I also find it therapeutic. Sometimes I crave the release I feel after watching a real tear jerker. That being said, My Girl has always been one that I can't control myself in. The part where she's talking to McCauley in the casket...too much!

Also, I always cry during Forrest Gump no matter how many times I've seen it. So good!

I've never seen P.S. I Love You (although I'm about to watch it right now online...), but all of the other movies made me sob. In all fairness, it's not hard to do - I cry at everything, just like several other people here have said, lol. If it's in a movie and it's intended to tug the heartstings, I fall for it every time, regardless of how implausible the situation, or how stupid the movie. I love this movie list though!
