I can't keep it to myself/can't stand the anticipation. So apparently both Kaine and Bayh have been given the "thanks for playing" calls, and the Secret Service has been sent to Joe Biden's Delaware home. And don't get me started on the charter plane heading from Chicago Midway to Delaware. Oh, Joe-mentum baby. It's on. The official text with the choice is supposed to drop tomorrow morning — check your phones and hear it here as soon as we know for sure!

I'm so curious, too! I keep checking my phone for new texts. Sure waited until the last minute, didn't he?
1Just damn do it!!!
2This is kind of suspenseful. I can't believe there hasn't been a leak from the Obama camp.
3Yeah, I hope that's a good sign about them - not all running off on their own agendas.
4I'm not really sure how i feel about Joe Biden as VP..at first I never thought the VP would play an integral role in the way I vote but I think it definitely will.
5its official: Biden is VP
6this is probably the best news I've heard about this election. I was going to vote for biden back before he dropped out after Iowa so now I'm super pumped on this election all over again. Biden is the mannnnnn!!!!!
7hmmm Biden as VP.
I'm curious as to what the text message said... I didnt sign up for it. I thought about it but never did.
8I like the way you phrased that Blondie.
9According to Wiki, he used to "love playing flute in band, which earned him the nickname, 'fleet flutin' joe'."
10I got the text this morning at 3:25am, and it said...
"Barack has chosen Senator Joe Biden to be out VP nominee. Watch the first Obama-Biden rally live at 3pm ET on www.BarackObama.com. Spread the word!"
I'm pleased :]
11our* rather... ; P
12im happy. biden is a good man. i decided this when i saw him yelling at someone once during a senate hearing about sending his own son to iraq. he's a crazy-smart nutcase and i kind of love him for it. plus, he has a great smile!
13Crazy smart nutcase is what's best about Biden. My favorite line from him for years was that saying you wanted Ford over Nixon was like saying you preferred rabies to gangrene (99% positive it was Ford, anyway there was no mistaking his point)
14only in 2008 (todays era) are we able to get ideas about the result of decisions based on when SS is dispatched and when things happen. remember back years and years ago that you didn't know things until the news told you or you read it in the newspaper? it's instant gratification these days huh?
15I saw MSNBC (I think) basically make the announcement around 2 last night, at a friend's house. It was exciting!
