yeah, MD... sadly, we're pretty aware that most of the things we purchase are made overseas, with little care for the environment and people who make them and in less-than-humane conditions.

Yes, I like Vitamin water too, I am no where near perfect yet, and when you are accustom to a lifestyle it can be hard to change.
It is hard for me to always remember to bring my own bags to the store. I do reuse them and recycle them though.
